Athletes, that means you’ll train at a high level and see increased strength, power, speed, conditioning, and self-confidence. Our training is all you need to level up in your sport.

Adults and non-athletes, you’ll achieve an increase in “life performance" — less pain, better physique, more mobility, more strength, better conditioning, and overall better mental and physical state.

Our community classes allow you to enjoy elite training at a fraction of the cost of personal training, along with nutrition education and the support of dedicated coaches and members. Because we coach on all aspects of athleticism, including proper form and technique, beginners and advanced athletes alike are welcome.

Our facility doesn’t offer an open-gym membership.

We’re for you if you’re looking for coaches who can encourage and instruct you every step of the way to reaching your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, achieve general fitness, increase sport-specific speed and strength, or anything in between, Complete Performance Athletics has the right individual or small group training program for you.
