Head Coach/Founder

Coach Cade Carnett has enjoyed an extensive career working with athletes across many levels - from middle school to D1 colleges such as Baylor, Indiana University, etc. His career highlights include multiple Big 12 Championships in football and track and field, as well as a runner up national title win in women’s golf.

Coach Cade most recently worked with Longview High School as the Athletic Performance Director, the cumulating point resulting in the LOBOS winning a 6A State Football Championship victory in 2018, along with a 27 game winning streak.

Before becoming an Athletic Performance Director, Coach Cade spent four years on the Air Land Emergency Rescue Team, where he worked with branches of our military, homeland security, and local law enforcement. He specialized in tactical diving, and the training and experiences during his service provided him with the knowledge and skill to teach mental toughness to others, no matter what season of life they’re in.

Coach Cade designs professional training programs for athletes in a wide range of disciplines including golf, football, swimming, soccer, softball, track & field. In addition to physical training programs, Coach Carnett specializes in creating curriculum for sports psychology, with an emphasis on building confidence, resilience, and mental toughness.

Coach Cade recently moved back to the San Antonio area, where he was born and raised, to open Complete Performance Athletics. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, training, and spending time with his wife and three kids.

Nutrition Coach / Marketing Director

Megan Coleman Carnett is a passionate nutrition coach at Complete Performance Athletics. She has a love for all things food and a dedication to helping clients achieve their health and performance goals through tailored nutrition plans and accountability. Megan also utilizes her marketing expertise to connect with others to spread the message of optimal wellness and empower individuals to reach for peak performance at CPA.

In her free time, Megan enjoys pursuing her hobbies, such as golfing, hiking, and reading, as well as spending time at home with her husband and kids.

Member Success Coach

Lydia Wallie serves an integral role at CPA as the Member Success Coach. She meets with our new members to learn about their goals, helps them track their progress, and gathers valuable feedback from our members. She also assists our members with product purchases.

In addition to training in her free time, Lydia enjoys ballroom dancing, volleyball, badminton, pickleball, and perfecting her einkorn sourdough.

Crystal Juarez keeps everything running smoothly here at CPA. With over 10 years of Human Resource experience, she’s got our systems and operations covered! Her passion for member experience and engagement shines through in everything she does.

When Crystal isn’t attending an Optimal Life group class at the facility, she’s spending time with her husband of over 15 years and her son, Austin, who we consider to be our resident super genius in the making.

Coach Jonathon

Coach Jonathon Holliday has been involved with athletics since he was a teenager. His passion for sports led him to pursue a career in teaching and coaching.

Jonathon went to Blinn College where he played football and finished his college experience at Texas State University, earning a Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science. He started coaching in 2008 at Stinson Middle School coaching Football, Basketball, and Track. In 2011, he accepted a position at Taft High School coaching Football and Baseball. In 2013, he was promoted to Offensive Coordinator and changed his second sport to Boys Track. He was the youngest Coordinator in the District at the time. He is currently at Harlan High School coaching Football and Track full time and also coaching classes at CPA.

Coach Jonathon is married to his high school sweetheart, Lindsay, and they have two beautiful young girls together.

Coach Evan

Coach Evan Cook graduated from Texas A&M University in May of 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.  He began playing sports at an early age and became most passionate about baseball and basketball.  Coach Evan enjoys training with free weights and focusing on large muscle groups each workout, and also believes variety is crucial to a workout regimen.

“No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees. ‘Make level paths for your feet,’ so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.” (Hebrews 12:11-13)

In Coach Evan’s free time, he enjoys volunteering at his church and assisting with their youth groups.

Coach Jacob

Coach Jacob Huser grew up in Fredericksburg and was always into sports, which led him to coaching. He started his education at Texas A&M and later earned his Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Baylor. Along the way, he worked with athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts, helping them get stronger, move better, and feel their best.

When he’s not coaching, Jacob is usually reading, watching sports, or staying active. He also enjoys archery and playing chess, but his biggest passion is working with people. Whether it’s in the gym or everyday life, Jacob loves seeing people push their limits and enjoy the process of getting better.
