Led by former Division 1 athletic performance and strength coaches, our personal trainers specialize in speed, agility, and strength training for youth athletes.
We know what it takes to be a high-level athlete. In today’s highly competitive youth sports culture, it’s imperative that the young athlete is trained with a great foundation so they can excel not only now, but also later on in their sport career.
Training Programs
Athletic Foundations - A semi-private group training class designed for 8-13 year old kids - This class is tailored to introduce young athletes to proper form and technique to prepare them for their teen and adult years. Your child will learn the basics of exercise and accomplish goals like sprinting fast and jumping high. Your child will discover how to train hard while we keep their class challenging and FUN every week.
Intermediate - A semi-private group training class designed for 13-15 year old athletes - Our Intermediate class is the perfect bridge between Foundations and Varsity Ready. We continue to work on speed and athleticism, but with more of an emphasis on strength and lifting. Your athlete will learn how to lift with proper technique and increase size and strength. Each workout is recorded and individualized for proper progress. They will be technically sound, physically strong, and ready for the more advanced training of Varsity Ready group.
Varsity Ready (Boys and Girls Train Separately) - Semi-private group training classes designed for 14-18 year old males and females - This class is designed to improve speed, power, strength, and athleticism by incorporating advanced training methods, higher-level coordination skills, Olympic lifting, etc. We also introduce sports psychology during this class. This training program is for athletes who are serious about progress and improvement in their perspective sport.
