Speed, Agility, and Strength

Led by former Division 1 athletic performance and strength coaches, our personal trainers specialize in speed, agility, and strength training for youth athletes. We know what it takes to be a high-level athlete. In today’s highly competitive youth sports culture, it’s imperative that the young athlete is trained with a great foundation so they can excel not only now, but also later on in their sport career.

An example of common misconceptions within athletic training is the use of speed ladders. Many believe that using them creates speed (they don’t!) and that strength creates speed (not always). We look at the athlete’s age, level of training, injury history, and sport to determine the best training protocol possible for them to achieve success in their sport.

Training Programs

Varsity Ready (Boys) - A semi-private group training class designed for 14-18 year old males - This class is designed to improve speed, power, strength, and athleticism by incorporating advanced training methods, higher-level coordination skills, Olympic lifting, etc. We also introduce sports psychology during this class. This class is for athletes who are serious about progress and improvement in their perspective sport.

Varsity Ready (Girls) - A semi-private group training class designed for 14-18 year old females - This class is designed to improve speed, power, strength, and athleticism by incorporating advanced training methods, higher-level coordination skills, Olympic lifting, etc. We also introduce sports psychology during this class. This class is for athletes who are serious about progress and improvement in their respective sport.

Athletic Foundations - A semi-private group training class designed for 8-13 year old kids - This class is tailored to introduce young athletes to proper form and technique to prepare them for their teen and adult years. Your child will learn the basics of exercise and accomplish goals like sprinting fast and jumping high. Your child will discover how to train hard while we keep their class challenging and FUN every week.

Personal Training - Individualized programming one-on-one with your coach - We design and build a training program tailored to your specific goals and needs, all while providing you with ultimate accountability. Whether you’re new to training, returning from injury, need technical work on specific lifts or sprint form, or want a totally customized plan of action, we will create the right program for you.
