There is so much information online and on social media for training that it can be overwhelming. At Complete Performance Athletics, we’ll be by your side every step of the way. From the warm up to the cool down, we believe in having fun and working hard to get the results you want.

New to training?

This is a judgement-free training facility. When you come to Complete Performance Athletics, expect to save time and work hard on exercises and protocols that actually work. We’ll teach you the correct way to perform each exercise so it’s pain-free and results-driven. “No pain, no gain” was written by Marines for Marines. Training should make you feel your best, not your worst!

Been training a while but want something more?

Our training is designed to promote change. We design each training template based on your specific goals, strengths, and weaknesses. There’s no reason to train at the gym for hours every day to achieve the results you want. Complete Performance Athletics provides targeted, effective training sessions meant to maximize your time in the gym.

Adult Programs

Optimal Life - A semi-private group training class designed for the every day adult who wants to train like an athlete - We utilize many different methods in this class such as strength training, body building, speed training, Olympic lifting, conditioning work, and more. Each class will help you learn proper form and technique for these methods. Optimal Life can be tailored to suit beginners and advanced athletes.

Personal Training - Individualized programming one-on-one with your coach - We design and build a training program tailored to your specific goals and needs, all while providing you with ultimate accountability. Whether you’re new to training, returning from injury, need technical work on specific lifts or sprint form, or want a totally customized plan of action, we will create the right program for you.
