New to training?

This is a judgement-free training facility. We’ll teach you the correct way to perform each exercise so it’s pain-free and effective. We know it’s easy to feel out of place in a traditional gym, so here at CPA, we foster a supportive community environment where you can progress at your own pace with guidance from experienced coaches.

Been training a while but want something more?

Our training is designed to promote real change. Whether you're looking to lift heavier, increase endurance, or just feel stronger in everyday activities, our Adult Wellness program is designed to help you build lasting strength. We also incorporate mobility and corrective exercises to prevent injuries and manage pain, so you can perform your best without worrying about setbacks.

Adult Programs

Optimal Life - A semi-private group training class designed for the every day adult - Our programs will help you build functional strength that applies to your daily life. You'll gain muscle, lose fat, improve posture, and enhance your overall fitness, all while boosting your confidence. We utilize many different methods in this class such as strength training, speed training, conditioning work, and more. Optimal Life can be tailored to suit beginners and advanced athletes.

Personal Training - Individualized programming one-on-one with your coach - We design and build a training program tailored to your specific goals and needs, all while providing you with ultimate accountability. Whether you’re new to training, returning from injury, need technical work on specific lifts or sprint form, or want a totally customized plan of action, we will create the right program for you.

CPA is amazing! I did 6 personal training sessions to learn the fundamentals of training, then continued on to the group classes. They are phenomenal - the coaches have a way of bringing out the very best in each individual. I feel motivated in every class, and leave each class better than when I came. You do not have to be an elite athlete when you start, but as for me, I’ve discovered strength and speed I never knew I could achieve. I love to be around people who also push themselves and encourage each other, which is what CPA is all about.
