Summer Camp Registration


Registration for our youth athletes summer training is OPEN! We’re offering classes for kids 8-13 years old (co-ed) and for athletes 14-18 years old (boys and girls train separately).

Each class is 1hr and 15min long.

We will offer options for 2-3 x per week training.

In this comprehensive training camp, your athlete will:

-Increase Strength and Power-

-Jump Higher-

-Sprint Faster-

-Increase Coordination-

-Learn Olympic Lifting-

-Enhance Mental Performance-
