3 Core Values to Live and Train By

If you’ve been to our facility recently, you’ve probably noticed the signage on the walls :

Be Committed

Be Relentless

Be Great Today

These are our 3 core values that we believe in as a company. From the moment you step into the facility, if you follow those three “commandments”, you’ll be well on your way to success.

1. Be Committed

We constantly hear the words “I’ll give it a shot”…. “I’ll dip my toe in”…. “I’ll try…”

Just trying leaves doubt. Just trying leaves a bit of wiggle room so that if it doesn’t work out, you can always fall back on — “Well, if I really would have given effort, I would have succeeded.”  This is no way to live your life, and it’s no way to undertake physical change. Commitment is a force-multiplier. Doesn’t always guarantee success, but commit to the process, put in the work day in and day out (inside and outside of the facility), and you’ll greatly increase the likelihood of success.

Burn the ships. Commit.

2. Be Relentless

Attack your goals. Attack the process. Bring energy and effort. If we have to coach effort, that is a you-problem that needs to be dealt with. We will work with you on that, but effort is expected here. There is no “going through the motions”. Doing that gets you nowhere in life. Execute the plan for the day, try to find a way to get better — whether you feel like it or not.

3. Be Great Today

You can’t control the past, what did or did not happen. It's over. Time has moved on. You can’t make up a workout or training session you missed, and you can’t control the future. You’re not there yet. You can’t look ahead and predict or assume.

You only have today... there is no time like the present to expect the best out of yourself.

What will you do today, right now? Control what you can control. Be present in the moment.
